what we do
Life Restoration Center in America partners with Christian Restoration Center in Kenya (Africa) to help marginalized people living in extreme poverty, including affiliated church members of the Christian Restoration Center and other communities surrounding Christian Restoration churches.
transform lives
From legal assistance to cultural education, we’re here to guide refugees every step of the way.
connecting refugees with resources and people
Community Engagement and Growth
Our Strategy
The refugee population will attend morning and afternoon sessions of English teaching at three diverse levels: basic, intermediate, and advanced. There will be two minivans to help in transportation for those who do not have cars or do not know how to drive to conferences and seminars organized for American culture education, law, and driving safety. There will be permanent staff for social work issues like filling out Medicaid forms, food stamps, and employment forms and teaching lessons on naturalization tests at the Center’s office.
Integrate
Citizenship, Community,
Connection
The Center focuses on integrating refugees and legal immigrants into American society to become good citizens by working hard and participating in the country’s development.
Educate
Learning,
Growing,
Succeeding
About 40% of kids are over the age of their classmates and need tuition to do their homework to pass the exams, this is where we come in. The Center also aims to help adults fight illiteracy through evening classes.
activate
Family,
Culture,
God
Life Restoration preserves what is right in the refugees’ culture and embraces American culture. They are encouraged to fear and serve God in their lives and to love God supremely and their neighbors.
